KIA broke ground in the automotive industry with a ratings and reviews approach that utilises customer advocacy to increase sales.

Working with Reevoo we created a platfrom that runs across all Kia’s customer touch points from dealer to TV and social. Perspective owners can ask any question to the Kia car owning community and receive a responce within 24hrs. The most asked questions are used in articles, social films, the website and dealerships to help show Kia is a brand for real people.

It’s introduction has resulted in a 300% increase in test drive bookings year on year and has now been rolled out across Europe and Canada.

KIA Sportage - A Bit More Adventurous

To create excitement and engagement around the new Kia Sportage UK launch we produced a series of video mini tests carried out by the three characters (Keith, Ian and Andy). Each mini test focussed on a different feature of the new Sportage in ‘extreme everyday’ way.
